We will email you an invoice with a clickable link to easily make your payment via Stripe payment processing.

We regret that we no longer accept cash or cheque payments.
Terms & Conditions
- All chargeable enquiries will be invoiced and detail the type of service and time expended where applicable.
- Research enquiries are subject to charges even if no information can be found.
- Research charges include preparation of materials and administration.
- Enquirers are always made aware of charges before receiving an invoice.
- The archivist is available to undertake research on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday only; our responsibilities to visiting researchers in the reading room will be prioritised during this time.
- Enquirers may request that the archivist spend longer than 2 hours on their enquiry, thereby incurring a higher fee.
- For lengthy research enquiries, the enquirer should engage the services of a professional researcher if they are unable to conduct the research themselves.
- Goods are withheld until payment has been received in full.
