Terms & Conditions
  • All chargeable enquiries will be invoiced and detail the type of service and time expended where applicable.
  • Research enquiries are subject to charges even if no information can be found.
  • Research charges include preparation of materials and administration.
  • Enquirers are always made aware of charges before receiving an invoice.
  • The archivist is available to undertake research on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday only; our responsibilities to visiting researchers in the reading room will be prioritised during this time.
  • Enquirers may request that the archivist spend longer than 2 hours on their enquiry, thereby incurring a higher fee.
  • For lengthy research enquiries, the enquirer should engage the services of a professional researcher if they are unable to conduct the research themselves.
  • Goods are withheld until payment has been received in full.
