Our reference code now includes both a country code (GB) and a repository code (BPASA) that precede the main collection code (e.g. P04-C-C-1). The inclusion of these two elements in our reference code enables us to exchange information about our collections Internationally.
Where a document or photograph is reproduced in its entirety, please also include the following text:

Please note that our collections were extensively re-catalogued between 2004-2008 and new reference codes that you find here in this catalogue are now in use. Citations using old reference numbers beginning with C, F or G should be avoided if possible.
We reserve the right to make a charge for the publication of material obtained from our archive.
