Also included are meeting contributions from C Heinicke and Eva Rosenfeld, dated 9 and 10 May 1957 respectively, plus a paper, which is not ascribed to a particular author, but may be a hand-out from the meeting, which details the structure and use of the 'Index'.
A note at the top of the paper states 'Tape 5, Side A', which may relate to the numbered tape reels in P07-D-C-01.
