Lists of early Clinic patients (1926-1944), plus records of child patients (1946-1955).

Mostly handwritten patent notes. These notes overlap with the typed notes prepared for research which are catalogued in P38-1. Some also bear reference numbers which relate to the Inventory of Portman Clinic files (P38-1-02).

The documents comprise correspondence and notes relating to individual patients treated. The descriptions have been anonymised and this series remains closed to researchers.

At the end of the series there are also 3 files of miscellaneous patient notes grouped together by Marion Milner for unknown reasons.
