Part of Ilse Hellman collection

There are distinct series of cards. One set shows different shops with blank boxes underneath; one set shows two girls engaged in different activities; one set with holes punched for a folder shows illustrations of various activities, text-based questions, anecdotes, puzzles and abstract images; another set shows small children engaged in various activities. There is an envelope labelled 'Pictorial Likenesses & Differences' that contains eight cut outs of different line drawings of shapes and objects.
These were presumably used by Ilse Hellman to stimulate children's play/ work. The cards may have been illustrated by her.
