Correspondence with Robert P Knight of the Menninger Clinic and others regarding an invitation for Rickman to work in the USA, including an explanation by Rickman of his status as an 'independent' psychoanalyst. Letters in the files show that Rickman was not able to take up this invitation due to problems with visas/transportation.
