One letter from Melanie Klein (1945) and two from Joan Riviere (1948 and undated), commenting on papers by Isaacs, as well as one from Sylvia Payne (1945) apparently declining to comment on a manuscript and stressing the need for co-operation regardless of theoretical standpoints. Also one letter each (both undated) from Ernest Jones and Adrian Stephen, granting Isaacs permission to quote them.
Also included is a circular letter (1945) seeking the repayment of loans made to emigres by the British Psychoanalytical Society, in order to raise funds to assist colleagues in Europe following the Second World War, and a copy of a letter to 'The Times' (1949) seeking contributions to the Susan Isaacs Memorial Fund.
