Part of Sylvia Payne collection

A British Red Cross Society handwritten presentation booklet addressed to Dr Sylvia Payne, containing the names of staff at the hospital between Oct 1914 and Apr 1919. Also a typed, hand-bound script with watercolour illustrations of a humourous musical play entitled, 'What we did in the Great War'. The script is signed with the initials 'AC'; a note on the accompanying envelope indicates that this refers to Agatha Christie, who worked at the hospital at this time.
