Correspondence regarding Jones' biography of Freud, particularly details of Freud's Jewish ancestry. Included in the file are copies of articles published by Aron in 'The Jewish Forum', as well as a copy of a typed manuscript entitled 'Sigmund Freud's Jewishness'.
Correspondence with the editor of the 'Psychoanalytic Review' regarding reviews of various articles, papers and books for publication.
The first letter concerns Reich's emigration from Germany via Denmark to the USA. The second, in 1953, is regarding research for Jones' biography of Freud, enclosing twelve English translations of letters from Freud to Reich.
When this material was catalogued in 2006-7, it was discovered that the translated items were marked as the property of the archives of the Orgone Institute. These items were therefore returned to the Wilhelm Reich Museum, with copies retained in this collection with their permission.
